The publisher covers the majority of the journal's operational, administrative, and production costs. This university sponsorship ensures the journal's stability and sustainability, allowing it to maintain a high-standard open-access model for the global academic community. While Article Processing Charges (APC) may contribute to covering specific publishing services, the primary funding source remains the publisher.
